The people in power are too concerned with being seen to "do the right thing" . Over population through asylum seekers and immigration has left our NHS in tatters. WHY SHOULD ASYLUM SEEKERS GET TREATMENT FROM OUR HOSPITALS FOR FREE?WE DON'T. I HAVE BEEN PAYING NATIONAL INSURANCE SINCE I WAS 16. WHAT MAKES THEM SO F*%@ING SPECIAL
